A cigarette case of rectangular form with rounded corners, the cover with applied facsimile signatures and cyphers as well as an airplane, with a round gold and sapphire cabochon button. The airplane marked with the Russian 84 silver standard, maker’s mark KF in Cyrillic for Karl Faberge.
