A realistically modeled mallard comprised of multiple types of colored stone, with eyes of cut diamond and feet of finely chased and sculpted gold, one foot with spurious marks of Faberge, ФА initials, and the Russian 56 gold standard.
This work appears to be the same one which was mentioned in fabergeresearch.com’s 2018 spring newsletter. In the article it mentions that this piece was actually created in 1968 by Gerd Dreher (1939-2018) of the Paul Dreher firm in Germany.
