Fine French Louis XVI style vase made of Egyptian porphyry and gilded bronze. The upper rim is decorated with floral garlands with pierced-through elements made of chased gilded bronze and beautifully three detailed female masks. Raised on three slightly cured legs finishing with hooves and on an ormolu and porphyry base.
France, the third quarter of the 18th century.

Condition: Good overall with some signs of oxidation in places. A single long crack on inside of bowl with possible signs of restoration.
