You are welcome to make an appointment to view any item you are interested in by contacting our offices. Helios holds viewing days prior to the auction, allowing prospective buyers to inspect each lot. Viewing times will be announced on-line and in the catalogs.Bidding
In person
On the day of the auction simply provide your name and address, together with the proof of identity (passport or driver license). Upon registration you will receive a paddle with your personal bidder number. We may also require credit card details and/or a bank reference.Telephone or Absentee
Telephone and absentee bidding allows you to participate in the auction without being present in the sale room. You will need to complete and return to Helios the Bid Form, together with the proof of identity. Our representative will call you on the day of the auction from the saleroom and bid on your behalf. If you plan to bid on the telephone, please provide the maximum amounts you are willing to bid on each lot (“Safety Bid”) in the event we are unable to reach you. Telephone bids will be accepted only on lots with a low estimate starting at $500. All arrangements must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the auction. Please note that places for telephone bidding are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to a minimum bid restriction. Absentee bids will be made on your behalf during the auction. All you need to do is complete a Bid Form specifying the Lot(s) on which you want to leave an absentee bid. This gives us written permission to act as your representative to try and secure the Lot(s) at the lowest possible price, subject to any reserve and interest from other bidders.Online

After the auction
Payment options
Payment is due immediately after the sale and must be received within seven days of the auction date for the total bid amount plus buyer’s premium and all applicable taxes. We accept:- Cash, money order, bank check, checks (all funds must clear).
